The Challenge
A professional services firm based in central Richmond needed a reliable lunch catering partner for their team of 15–20 people. Previous caterers had struggled with consistency — food arriving cold, limited vegetarian options, and unreliable timing that disrupted working schedules.
They needed: reliably hot food on time, a varied menu that could accommodate multiple dietary requirements, and a direct point of contact who knew their preferences.
Our Approach
We met with the client's operations manager and agreed a fortnightly rota of catering tray deliveries, rotating between curry selections to maintain variety. We established a dedicated contact arrangement so ordering was a single call or message — no faff, no confusion.
Every delivery included a full allergen breakdown, and we built in a vegetarian option and a mild dish as standard to cover all team members regardless of preference.
