Delivery orders

Apply the gift card code at our online checkout. The balance is deducted from the order total before any £5-off direct delivery offer; you settle the difference by card. Drivers cannot accept the code on the doorstep — it must be entered at checkout.

Quick answers before you buy
- Which order types accept the gift card code?
- The unique code works on every order placed directly with Jaflong — delivery, collection and dine-in deposits — through our website checkout or by quoting the code to the team on 020 8332 1339. It cannot be used on third-party apps (Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Just Eat) because we don't control their payment system.
- What happens if my order is more than the remaining balance?
- At checkout, the gift card is applied first and reduces the order total by its full remaining balance. You then settle the difference in the same step — by card online, by card on delivery, or by card / cash on collection. The gift card balance is updated to zero (or whatever's left) the moment the order is confirmed.
- What if my order is less than the gift card value?
- We deduct only what you spend. The unused balance stays on the same code, ready for next time — the team can confirm your remaining balance whenever you ask. Cards are valid for 12 months from purchase, so there's no rush.
- Can I use the same code across more than one order?
- Yes — the code is reusable on as many direct orders as you like until the balance reaches zero or the 12-month validity ends. We'll always confirm the remaining balance after each redemption by email or in person.
- Is there a minimum spend or any menu restrictions?
- No minimum spend and no menu restrictions — the card works against the full menu including drinks, sides and add-ons. The only limits: it cannot be exchanged for cash, and it cannot be stacked with other percentage-off promotions on the same order.
