Indian Restaurant Ham TW10, Richmond

We are on Ashburnham Road in Ham village, a few minutes from Ham Common and the Ham Gate entrance to Richmond Park, with the Thames towpath and Ham House a short walk away. Free parking sits directly outside, the dining room seats 20–24 and opens at 4pm every day, and it is BYOB with no corkage charge.

From Richmond town centre it is roughly a ten-minute drive down Petersham Road; the 65 and 371 bus routes both run along Ham Street and Petersham Road. Call 020 8332 1339 for collection, table bookings or anything urgent — the phone rings in the restaurant itself.

TW10 is our home postcode and our fastest delivery zone. Most Ham addresses are 15–20 minutes and Petersham 15–25 minutes, with Richmond Hill and the TW9 border 20–30 minutes.

Being the only Indian restaurant in Ham village changes what we can promise. Most TW10 deliveries leave the tandoor and arrive within fifteen to twenty-five minutes, which means tandoori grills, fresh breads and dosa-style starters reach Ham and Petersham in the condition they left the kitchen — something no cross-borough delivery can match.

Ham's busiest ordering nights are Friday and Saturday from about 7pm, plus the Sunday evenings after a Richmond Park or towpath walk. Because we are local, collection is genuinely quick: a five-minute drive or a twenty-minute walk, with 10% off the bill and free parking outside the door.

Our Ham relationship is built on turning up: a stall at Ham Fair on Ham Common every June since 2010, food for Grey Court School's annual India Day, and catering for church and community gatherings through the year. These are things we do locally as a business, described in our own words rather than presented as endorsements.

The Ham Close regeneration — Richmond upon Thames Council and Richmond Housing Partnership rebuilding the estate with new homes, a community centre and improved green space — is reshaping the village around us. Through the works we are five minutes away for family dinners during the upheaval, volunteer thank-you spreads and food for consultation evenings.
