Party catering costs
Birthdays, anniversaries and family gatherings use our published package prices. Here is what each package costs at its minimum guest number.

Prices include VAT and are “from” rates. Your written quote confirms the final price for your menu, venue and service style. A 25% deposit by bank transfer secures your date.
Party catering questions
- How much curry per person for a party?
- Allow about 300g of curry per guest in total, split across the dishes you choose. With three curries, that is roughly 100g of each.
- How much rice for 50 people?
- Around 7.5kg of cooked rice, based on 150g per guest. We send rice in trays that serve about ten guests each.
- How many dishes should I order?
- Two mains and two sides suit a relaxed home party. For 50 guests or more, three to five mains give everyone a choice, including a vegetarian option.
- How much does Indian catering cost for 100 guests?
- Our packages start at £18 a head, so 100 guests starts from about £1,800. Your written quote confirms the final price for your menu, venue and service style.
- How far ahead should I book?
- Two weeks is ideal for smaller parties and four to six weeks for 100 guests or more. Short-notice enquiries are welcome — call and we'll do our best.
