What does your freshness guarantee cover?
All delivery and collection orders. If your food arrives cold or below standard, we replace or refund it.
How do I make a complaint?
Call 020 8332 1339 within 15 minutes of receiving your order. We'll sort it immediately.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — if we can't resolve the issue by remaking the dish, we refund in full.
Does this apply to catering?
Yes. All catering orders are covered by our quality guarantee. We do a menu tasting for large events.
What if my order is late?
Delivery estimates are 30–45 mins. If significantly late, call us and we'll investigate and compensate if needed.
