The brief
The club needed reliable match-day food that wouldn't pull volunteers off the gate or bar. They also wanted a single supplier for both routine match days and the season's marquee awards night.
How we delivered it
We fixed a rotating buffet menu across the season so the kitchen could batch prep, kept allergens on the labels, and built a single point of contact at the club to confirm headcount by the Friday before each fixture.
For the awards dinner we closed a section of the restaurant, ran a three-course sharing menu, and built in time for the presentations between courses.
