The Challenge
A well-regarded wedding venue in the Richmond area was receiving increasing requests from couples for Indian wedding catering — particularly halal Indian and Bangladeshi cuisine. Their existing caterers couldn't meet this demand with the quality the venue's reputation demanded.
They needed a trusted Indian catering partner who could deliver to the standard their clients expected, handle large groups reliably, and maintain quality across every event.
Our Approach
We worked with the venue manager to develop a flexible partnership framework. Rather than fixed packages, we agreed to design every menu individually with each couple — a process that begins with a consultation and tasting session several months before the wedding.
We handle all on-site logistics: kitchen setup, service, and cleardown. The venue's front-of-house team focuses on the guest experience; we focus on food excellence.
