What are your opening hours — and what about match days?

The restaurant opens at 4pm every day: Sunday–Thursday 4pm–10:30pm, Friday–Saturday 4pm–11pm. On Twickenham match days we open from 12pm. Catering events aren't limited to these hours — breakfast meetings, daytime funerals and all-day weddings are all fine.

Do you cater for dietary requirements and allergies?

Yes. Most of the menu has vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options, and we use Laila gluten-free basmati rice. We cook nut-free curries (no active nut use in our kitchen), though we can't guarantee against supplier-factory traces. Please flag every allergy in your enquiry so the chef can plan around it.

Is everything Halal?

Yes — all meat is sourced from trusted halal suppliers and our kitchen is 100% Halal.

Do you require a deposit?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We ask for a deposit to secure your date, with the balance due before the event. The exact amount depends on the package and guest count, and it's confirmed in writing in your quote before you commit to anything.

What is the minimum guest count?

External catering starts from 20 guests. For smaller groups our private dining room is usually the better fit — same kitchen, seated service. Packages start from £18 per person with minimums of 30–50 guests depending on the tier.

How much notice do you need?

Accepted Answer

For weddings and large events, 4–6 weeks is ideal. Smaller gatherings can often be booked 1–2 weeks ahead. Events under 7 days or over 250 guests need a quick planning call to confirm kitchen and staffing capacity.

What serving options do you offer?

Accepted Answer

Drop-off trays, staffed hot-buffet lines, canapé rounds, plated service, and tandoori grill selections (venue permitting). Our team brings chafing dishes, serving utensils, labelled menu boards and linens; full-service packages include uniformed staff to set up, serve and clear down.

What happens after I send a booking request?

You'll receive a written confirmation email within minutes. Our catering team then calls or messages you on WhatsApp with a menu and a firm quote — usually the same day.

Can we taste the menu before booking?

Accepted Answer

A tasting is available by arrangement for larger events. Mention it in your booking request and we'll set it up.

Question 10

Do you charge a service fee — and can we bring our own drinks?

Accepted Answer

We don't add a service charge. For events at the restaurant we're BYOB. For external venues, drinks service can be included in your quote if you'd like it handled.
