Wedding catering questions

How much does Indian wedding catering cost per head?
Our wedding packages start at £18 per guest for the Standard Package, £28 per guest for the Premium Buffet and £45 per guest for The Royal Feast. Final quotes depend on guest count, travel and service style, and every quote is confirmed in writing before you commit.
How many guests can you cater for at a wedding?
We regularly cater weddings from 30 to 400 guests across Richmond, Twickenham, Kingston and the wider South West London area. Larger numbers are possible with more notice — talk to us early for peak summer Saturdays.
How far in advance should we book wedding catering?
Six to twelve months is comfortable for a summer Saturday. We can often help at shorter notice midweek or off-season, so it is always worth asking.
Do you offer a tasting before we book?
Yes. Once you have a provisional date we invite you to a tasting at the restaurant so you can try your shortlist and adjust spice levels before signing anything.
Can you cater vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free wedding menus?
Yes. We cook a full vegetarian and vegan section, and we use Laila gluten-free basmati rice as standard. Tell us your guest dietary list and we will label every dish on the day.
Is the meat halal?
All our meat is sourced from trusted halal suppliers, and it is the same sourcing for weddings as it is in the restaurant.
Do you provide staff, equipment and clear-down?
Yes. Staffed packages include chafing dishes, serving equipment, uniformed service staff, set-up and clear-down. Drop-off catering is available if your venue supplies its own team.
What deposit do you take to secure a wedding date?
A deposit secures your date and is deducted from the final balance. We confirm the exact amount in your written quote — no payment is taken when you send an enquiry.
