Our chicken and lamb come from halal-certified suppliers; we don't claim restaurant-wide halal certification. What is a balti?

Balti takes its name from the steel pan it's cooked and often served in. It's cooked fast, so the vegetables keep some bite.

It's a medium-strength curry — warmer than a korma, milder than a madras.

How we cook it
