What is a bhuna?

"Bhuna" means to fry spices slowly in oil. The result is a thick, semi-dry curry with tomato and onion and a deep, roasted flavour.

It's a good middle ground on heat.

How we cook it

We cook our bhuna with tomatoes, onions and fresh spices, reducing the sauce so the flavour is concentrated.
