What is a rogan josh?

Rogan josh comes from Kashmiri cooking. It's a medium curry with a rich red colour and warm spices such as cardamom, clove and fennel.

It's traditionally made with lamb and a little yogurt.

How we cook it

We cook tender lamb, from halal-certified suppliers, in a rich Kashmiri-style sauce with aromatic spices and yogurt.
