What is a vindaloo?

Vindaloo has its roots in Goan cooking, where it was made with vinegar and garlic. In British Indian restaurants it became known as a very hot curry.

It's sharp and tangy as well as hot, and often includes potato.

How we cook it

Ours is a hot and tangy Goan-style curry with potatoes, made with lamb from halal-certified suppliers.
