What is a pasanda?
Pasanda is a mild, creamy curry traditionally made with thin slices of lamb. It's usually slightly sweet.
Many recipes use almonds. Ours doesn't — we don't cook with nuts in our curries.
How we cook it
We cook lamb in a rich coconut and cream sauce with sultanas.
Goes well with
- Pilau rice
- Peshwari naan
- Vegetable samosa
Common questions
