How we cook it
Vegan dishes cooked to order, not adapted at the last minute
Our vegan and vegetarian curries are built from their own bases rather than a meat curry with the meat left out. Chana masala, tarka dal, saag aloo, vegetable biryani and the tandoori vegetable dishes are all cooked to order, with ghee and dairy swapped out properly on the vegan side.
Tell us at the point of ordering that a dish must be vegan and the kitchen will handle it as a separate ticket rather than an assumption.
